Run ↗Here’s a simple cardio WOD: Run for 1 minute, then do Side to Side Jumps for 1 minute. Maintain a steady pace and try to breathe mostly through your nose. Push yourself, but keep the focus on nose breathing.

In this workout, the focus is on controlling your breath. By training the body to stay calm even when CO2 levels rise in the system, we increase our tolerance to it. This ultimately leads to reduced stress and helps improve overall respiratory control.
