Death by reps:
Burpee ↗With a continuously running clock perform: 1 Burpee and 1 Superman in the first minute, 2 Burpees and 2 Supermans in the second minute, 3... and so on. Continuing this for as long as you are able. Early on, you’ll have more rest time, use it because it’s going to get tough! The workout ends when you can no longer complete all the reps within the time.
Post the number of minutes successfully completed and compare it week after week.
Trains capacity for intensity and mental strength.
Try to push as far you can get, while maintaining proper form.
