Strategy

This is your handstand WUP. Quick, simple and effective. I recommend doing it before the handstand. Do 10 reps per exercises and you’re good to go!

Stimulus

The warm up opens up your wrists and shoulders, activates your core, increases the body temperature and gets your heart rate up. Prepping you physically and mentally for the workout!
